REGISTRATION
Colorado Soccer Camp sessions for Girls 10-18. To register, you must submit the following:
*The completed application (go to Application page to download form).
*Payment of $200 deposit per session by April 1st, which is applied to the camp fee, the remainder is due by June 1st.  For registrations after April 1, full payment is required. Please make out to Colorado Soccer Camp and please add the camper’s name on the check.
*Put group applications and checks in one envelope. Enclose $200 for each camper - discount will be reflected on the balance due.
*Send to Colorado Soccer Camp, UCB 372, Boulder, CO 80309-0372

Faxed and telephone reservations can be taken with credit cards.  Upon receipt of your application and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you.

CHECK-IN
Location and directions will be sent to you prior to the start of your camp session. Check-in will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. the first day of your camp session, with lunch and a full afternoon schedule to follow, commuters included.

CHECK-OUT
The camp session ends with final competitions and closing ceremonies.  Check-out for all campers (including commuters) will take place IN THE DORMITORIES between 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Shuttle service from Denver is available. The service includes pick-up at BAGGAGE CLAIM upon arrival and drop-off at ticketing upon departure. Please check the appropriate box on the application or contact the camp office as soon as possible.  Times of arrival and departure are needed to confirm the shuttle reservation. The $40 fee ($20 each way) is due in full with registration form.

GROUP  DISCOUNT
Discount for groups of 11 or more enrolling together is $25 per resident camper or $15 per commuter. All applications must be received in the same envelope.  Teams can stay together during practice and play if requested.  A $200 deposit per camper is required with each enrollment form.  Same refund policy and payment dates apply to groups as to individual campers.

FACILITIES
Colorado Soccer Camp participants enjoy the benefits of some of the best facilities in the nation.  Playing surfaces are natural grass and field turf.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Residential campers will be housed two per room in the University of Colorado dormitories. The campers are under constant supervision of counselors and dormitory personnel.  Roommate preferences will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. If no roommate is requested, assignments will be made according to age.

COMMUTERS
Commuter fees include instruction, lunch, and dinner.  Commuter campers must check-in on the first day of camp at the same time and location as resident campers. On the following days, commuter sessions run 7:00am to 8:00pm.

CAMP FEATURES
Free camp T-shirt, contests and awards, individual and small group instruction, and instruction by many College Coaches and student athletes.

SOCCER BALLS
All Campers must have their own ball at Camp. You may bring your own ball or purchase the official 2005 Camp Ball. At $30, this is an outstanding offer.  Payment must accompany your application. Balls will be at registration.

HEALTH CARE & INSURANCE
A health history form and insurance form will be sent once we have received the application, or it can be printed from this website.  BOTH SIDES OF THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED! Athletic trainers are on duty to administer to minor injuries and sickness.

REFUND POLICY
The deposit of $200 is refundable based on the following schedule - 80% refunded up to 3 days prior to the start of camp, 50% refunded 3 days or less. No refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal once camp has begun.
